The range of Indian dishes in Singapore originally hailed from the South, like Tamil Nadu, Kerala and even Andhra Pradesh. The Roti Prata is one classic that came this way because of migrant culture. But now, more flavours of Central and Northern India are making its way here. We find the Northern Mogul Cuisines and also vegetarian Thali set dishes from Rajasthan.
