They hail from a little stall in Sin Ming road and now it's in a cafe setting with air-con indoor and alfresco seats. The rice - it's not so oily, fluffy and a bite in tells you it's well made. The thoroughly cooked chicken is a little more thinly sliced and it's soft and juicy when you bite in. If you ask, we rather the roasted version as it lends an additional layer of flavour to the meal. They offer additional sides lime pork chop, plum chicken, pork belly and a range of vegetables.
