Chef Leung was a former senior chef of the Chinese kitchen at the Raffles Hotel here. He set up this not so humble stall offering porridge and his signature Chee Cheong Fun. You can see they mill the flour, on site, from aged rice, rest it and steam the one portion at a go. It comes rolled and wrinkled, so beckoning, to contain more of the sauces and topping they offer. From prawns to fish etc, this is a restaurant class offering in hawker centre. His kid and his wife help out at the stall and it’s all elbow grease work. Do not miss out on his porridge too.
