Arguably the most famous Putu Piring stall in Singapore. This fluffy rice cake steamed in a cute mould line up in front of the stall, is so social media photo friendly. The fluffy rice flour is placed on this Tin-Man (from the Wizad of Oz) nose nozzle mould, and steamed for a minute or so. It is stuffed with palm sugar and it melts in the mouth upon first bite, oozing pleasure! Each pack of 4 is topped with fresh grated coconut and shards of pandan leaves to lend a garden aroma to the sensation.
