Sisig is one of the most adorable dishes that hails from Pampanga- created
by the late Aling Lucing. Made with grilled, then chopped roast pork, ears,
jowl and chicken liver, then pan tossed in an umami and tangy sauce created
with limes, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. It’s one of the best cold beer pals
in the Philippines.
