Her hand made pasta or ban mian comes in a rainbow of colours based on the base used, like beetroot red, blue pea flower purple, spinach green and the good ol' basic plain yellow. It's all elbow grease work and it comes dry with a spicy sambal base or soup version that is gently infused with tee po or dried sole fish bones. You choose either meats or seafood or both, or even an off-menu vegetarian rendition, and you can choose to top it with a sunny and oozy egg.
