These Malaysian folks hand-make all their items and most are deep-fried stuff like how they do so in Ipoh, Malaysia. Items include fried and stuffed tofu, pork rind rolls, crispy bean skin, stuffed brinjals, bitter melons and okra (ladies finger), chillis, fish balls, pig intestines, fried yam chunks, etc.. But the main draw is the lai fun (freshly made rice udon) that goes with a minced pork sauce to pair with your selected Yong Tau Foo items- have it dry and deep fried with a chilli sauce or in a soy bean-infused soup. The fried items are very hearty but can be a tad oily
