Fish and chips, fried chicken and sirloin steak can be easily found at coffee shops and hawker stalls in Singapore. Now even pasta, pizzas and German sausages are rife. Increasingly, some chefs, with international restaurant experience and gigs, are now hawking their expertise at the hawker stalls. Cajun Chicken and Josper oven meats over potato mash are getting popular today and it adds so much more colour to the hawker culture in Singapore.
