They hand make everything they sell and it's one of the last few to make such a range of Teochew cakes in Singapore. The fillings for the soon kueh has a lovely soft yet crunchy texture to foil the thinly elastic steamed glutinous rice and tapioca flour skin. One rare item is the black tortoise "shell" kueh made with black sesame seed and filled with mung bean paste. Also popular are the chive or ku chye kueh and steamed yam cakes.
