They are regarded as the first family of silky soybean curd dessert in Singapore. This outlet belongs to the eldest sibling (all 3 have their own independent outlets) and theirs is a notch smoother. The pandan leaves are boiled into the syrup and the aroma is arresting. A bowl of it comes irresistibly wobbly and beckoning. You can ask for less or no sugar if you like and just pour some of their rich soybean milk (another signature) over it. Only if you like these charms – the location requires you to sit out along the shop corridors where you look out to the pubs, traffic and bustle of the red-light area. You’ve been warned.
