Soya Bean Curd

This smooth, silky, slurpy soft white bean curd, made from soya beans, is served with pandan sugar syrup and literally slides down your throat. It can be taken hot or cold. Soya milk, cold or warm, is drunk at all times of the day. A national favourite here, with origins from China. Some add stock or their own sauces instead of syrup and slather it over steamed rice for a supremely comforting meal.
