Although Singapore is surrounded by oceans, its seafood supply comes from neighbouring countries and even places as far as even Sri Lanka and Scotland. Street seafood restaurants serve all styles of seafood and the classic like chilli and pepper crabs, crispy baby squid and cereal prawns are very popular. This menu is constantly evolving and today we even have prawns with crispy and spiced cereal and things like crabs with a sweet-savory coffee sauce.
