This 24/7 corner spot is very popular with the residents in the area. The folks there pop by for a quick roti prata or mee goreng fix. But when they tire of the same ol' same ol', they order the signature mother-of-all Roti Prata Tissue ($5). They flip this extra-large ball of dough and form a huge and thin triangular shaped pastry and fry it (don't look at the oil used) to get it crisp from corner to corner. When rolled into a huge cone, it sits precariously almost 3 feet up on a plate and you watch jaws drop around you as the server walks by with the little mountain of a cone. Have it with their thick chicken or mutton curry or ask for the chocolate sauce version (they drizzle it down the slopes of the prata). It's truly an experience.

This is the family spin off of Casuarina Curry, arguably the most successful roti prata family in Singapore. They do their style similarly crispy outside and fluffy within with a thick rich fish or meat curry. But the curious stand out is the Prata Blaster or their take on a Prata Egg Benedict, with a creamy runny egg and ham. Fancy and difference, but change is permanent.
