They had been for the longest time known for making fresh- bounce the dough and dip on pan, popiah skin that folks buy by the kilograms for their popiah parties. But the last few years saw them jump on the actual popiah bandwagon. They of course use their own fresh made and softly resilient popiah skin to make a fairly decadent prawn popiah, with the usual stewed turnips, egg, Chinese sausages, bean sprouts etc..They too offer online DIY popiah sets for the weekend home party. If you visit their shop, you'll still see their staff expertly bouncing the wobbly blob of dough and landing it on the pan to make one popiah skin at a time. Their online menu looks more like a cze menu gallery, but it's the popiah brand you remember them for.
