“If you don’t evolve, you die!" and that is what makes bread seller Kent Wee's offerings a few notches different from the rest. He used to work for and learned special skills from other mega bread chains and now offers a supremely interesting yet comforting range of breads that he bakes on-site (he also has a little central one-man-show kitchen in Hougang). The bread not to be missed is his crispy hollowed-out bread ball filled with chocolate, the Chocolate Lava Baguette (warning: have some tissues handy when biting in). The chocolate is crazy generous and so easy to devour. He also has an Azuki red bean and matcha version which comes less sweet these days. There's Tiramisu bread ball and whatever he fancies creating that day. The range of garlic and cheese bread is very hearty and delightful.
