Kebabchi Charcoal BBQ 3 Temasek Boulevard #B1-146, Suntec City Mall, Tower 1 (Map) 11.30am – 10pm Daily
Bilal hails from Pakistan, studied and served National Service in Singapore, then promptly ditched his university degree and decided to cook and hawk Pakistani comfort street food fare here, with support from his father who shows up when the crowd thickens each week. They have both a tandoor to bake naan (their butter, garlic and cheese naan are best sellers), and an open charcoal pit fire grill in the middle of the stall to roast thier richly marinated Chicken Koyla, or Malai Tikka, ni Handi and even Seekh Kebabs, with spicy curry stews like Mutton Korma and Beef Nihari (among others). If you are lost, just get the naan and dip them in the Butter Chicken or the alluring sesame seed butter naan with grilled and curried Karahi Chicken. You get them fresh and piping hot and it's one reason why they have a huge following with the Indian and Pakistani community here.
