We don't know how this one escaped our radar. Perhaps it's the 3 day a week and 3-hour operation slots each day, but "no horse run" we landed here. It's in an all Muslim kopitiam and it draws the faithful regulars from near and afar. The ghee and spices are so evident, yet it does not feel oily. Rice is long grained basmati and fluffy soft. The lamb comes just short of soft and lends a nice contrast in texture and retains enough gaminess, like how it should be. The chicken version comes a little moist still and cooked in the biryani and holds all the flavours of the spices. They have a lamb shank version of your wanna tear in and also a fish rendition but not always available. In the words of one regular "don't need the dhal, it's flavourful enough!".
