This is about the last 2-3 stalls offering this heritage Egyptian classic Fuul Medames, which is called Kacang Pool here. Their broad bean stew is blended with a coherent mix of a light rempah that gives it a pleasant and lightly spicy flavour. It comes smooth and topped with a runny egg, onions and green chilli –– which you mess it all up and mop it up with the baguette slices. You squeeze that lime over and with just a touch of salt, all local accents of the dish.
