This former air force soldier Jerry and his partner Amy have been roosting here since 2012 and it's easy to spot them – just check out the line each day. There is a "self-taught" boldness about their muffins. One stall sells it and the next stall (connected) is the back end bakery. Operations are slick and steady. Their signature Streusel muffins, a German style muffin baked with a crusty and crumbly layer atop, is what will hook you. They do it with chocolate, plain vanilla, blueberry and even apple. The texture of the soft cake-like muffin contrasts so well with the streusel top it is irritatingly addictive. It is also easy on the sugar, and the other lures include cookies and cream (very attractive), almond walnut chocolate (don’t miss this one) and also a green tea monster complete with a crus ty blond top.
