This little hawker kitchen is a hot house of frantic cooking each day from the crack of dawn. They don't make a lot of items, but each is one you gotta have, from humble sambal terong (brinjals), fried mackerel, sambal tempeh, sambal tofu, begedil, string beans, salted egg, kangkong, ikan bilis, etc. And they do at least one "star dish" every day, ranging from the decadent curry chicken, curry fish head, ikan assam, black squid, beef in kicap sauce, sambal prawns to even fried chicken. A bowl of rice slathered with their various curries and gulai, topped with just a few of these items and with sambal of course, will light up your day.
