They specialise in making only yu tiao fritters and they supply them fresh to many of the hawkers around, from porridge to rojak sellers. You won't find butterfly buns or hum cheem peng here, like at other such stalls. The fritters are done with such a light airy yet crispy feel, and the inside is fluffy and not dense. The savoriness is very obvious which makes them so toothsome, especially when dunked into porridge or a cup of local kopi.
