This is a popular dish created by the Hokkiens in Singapore. Thick yellow egg noodles and rice vermicelli are stir-fried in a pork or seafood stock with slices of pork, prawns, squid, bean sprouts and garlic. It is served with a squeeze of lime and sambal chilli.
