Somehow this breakfast favourite of fried beehoon noodles with fried crispy chicken wings has become an all-day favourite in Singapore. The noodles are wok tossed in a soy sauce and stock broth to lend it a sweet-savoury umami flavour. The crispiness of the chicken contrasts very well with the noodles.
