This is the work of two die hard millennial F&B entrepreneurs who have a hands-on operation policy. Shaun and Joanne took this once defunct burger brand and gave it a new life. They inherited the old head chef, the menu and took it a notch higher. Their classic cheese and the iconic Beef Shabu are all grilled in a charcoal fired Inka oven and it makes a difference. The Eggstarter is a swirly mount of 3 egg omelet with cheese and sausage patty. They have a special batter fried chicken that does not taste like the same ol’ same ol'. And often, they collaborate with indie chefs and special meat suppliers to create unique or one-off promotion burgers. Joanne included her burnt cheese cake recipe in the menu and it's very popular among the young crowd there.
