This is a popular dish created by the Hokkiens in Singapore. Thick yellow egg noodles and rice vermicelli are stir-fried in a pork or seafood stock with slices of pork, prawns, squid, bean sprouts and garlic. It is served with a squeeze of lime and sambal chilli.

They do the usual people's favourite noodle items like Char Kway Teow, Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee and Laksa plus Oyster Omelette. But the standout new star dish here is their Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee, topped with seared juicy and plump Korean oysters done with garlic sauce. This takes the usual sensation a few notches up. The stock used to fry and braise the noodles includes vongole clams and the umami sweetness shines through. The oysters are fried seperately and topped over the noodles.
