They are related to the Huat Huat folks but that's all the link there is. Theirs has a slightly different marinade and the rose wine, soy sauce, limes, sugar, maltose, etc. are all intact and they own just this one stall. The stern but friendly (if you smile and talk to them) couple personally grills them. It is very roasty and juicy and if you have them fresh off the grill, the skin is crispy hot. Their limey, spicy and garlicky chilli is the perfect foil to this great beer snack, or cold fruit juice if you rather. They also offer plain grilled crabs and it's rare for such hawkers to do so, but it's great for the regulars who want something more than just chicken wings with thier conversations.
